Dear partners,

Given the global health crisis caused by the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to convey a reassuring and supportive message. NUFOER S.L. has decided to adopt a series of preventive measures to safeguard the health and safety of its employees, customers and collaborators, while allowing it to continue with its activities, among which we highlight:

  • Tightening of the sanitary and hygiene measures and controls at our facilities, of the raw materials and packaging materials reception processes, as well as of the personnel directly involved in the manufacture of the products.
  • Obligation to adopt the telework modality to a part of NUFOER S.L.’s staff, avoiding contact between the different areas of the company.
  • Reinforcement of the assistance to customers and other partners by telematic means (telephone, email or videoconferences).
  • Postponement or cancellation of commercial and technical visits, national and international events, and any other face-to-face activity involving customers, suppliers and other collaborators.

The sanitary, economic and logistical repercussions of COVID-19 affect the entire supply chain worldwide. Among other consequences, we highlight the reduction in the number of containers available for cargo loading (particularly due to the reduction of containers departing from Asia, and more specifically from China), or restrictions on the docking of cargo ships in certain countries. This situation in the supply chain is expected to last until the third quarter of this year.

To date, in the exercise of its usual activities, NUFOER S.L. has not experienced problems when receiving raw materials and packaging materials, or when delivering products both nationally and internationally. On the other hand, the official channels have not announced restrictions when it comes to exporting products from Europe.

NUFOER S.L. will strive to continue to maintain its product delivery times to its customers, by adopting a series of preventive measures both internally, increasing work and manufacturing shifts, and anticipating possible supply delays; as well as externally, maintaining close collaboration with our transportation agents, and diversifying distribution routes.

In order not to affect product availability, and in the event of a worsening of the world situation in the distribution chain, and therefore, of a situation that is beyond its control, NUFOER S.L. recommends to its customers, as far as possible, to place their orders in anticipation of their already predicted needs.

Naturally, NUFOER S.L. undertakes the responsibility of keeping all its customers, suppliers and collaborators updated with any news.

We will remain at your disposal with any questions that may arise.

Sincerely,

Alberto Olías Carchenilla

General Manager – NUFOER S.L.
